To provide a client site based administration support service for the Client Relations Team, acting as the main point of contact for general queries for Trust Staff and NHS Professionals Flexible Workers.

This will include acting as point of contact for Trust Staff and NHS Professionals Flexible workers, via use of the phone, email and face-to-face contact
troubleshooting local issues, representing NHS Professionals within Client Trusts, liaising with internal departments on behalf of Trusts and general administration/clerical duties.

System knowledge :Must have extensive Excel and Outlook experience

3. Key Tasks:

·Develop a good understanding of the organisation, its operations and deliverables and ensure compliance with NHS Professionals policies and procedures within work remit

·Support the creation, development and maintaining of relationships with Ward Managers, Flexible Workers and internal NHS Professionals Departments through polite and cooperative communications to help support collaborative working

To provide a point of contact for high volumes of telephone, email and face to face enquiries relating to the NHS Professionals Service for the Trust and Flexible Workers responding to their queries and needs as required
