Team Administrator - native standard German speaker - London

Up to £38k (experience dependent) + benefits + excellent working environment

Our client is looking to recruit a TeamAdministrator who is native standard German speaking (both verbal & written) with fluent English, to join them in their outstanding Central London HQ

Responsibilities include;

  • Support a team of 5 with various administrative tasks
  • Assist the CEO’s EA with extensive diary management & global travel arrangements
  • Collate documentation, data analysis, create financial reports using Excel
  • Put together presentations, arrange meetings, set schedules
  • Liaise with various departments & other offices abroad regularly
  • Assist with covering Reception duties as and when required

Team Administrator profile;

  • Native standard German speaker (verbal & written) with fluent English
  • Demonstrable administrative experience supporting teams and working in a business environment
  • Diary management experience and knowledge of arranging global travel schedules, booking restaurants, accommodation, taxis etc
  • Finance experience; analysis, data manipulation, producing reports an advantage
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills / use of database systems
  • Confident communication abilities and a flexible & adaptable working style
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines
