Team Administrator - IT Operations Team

Leading Services Company are looking to hire a Team Administrator.

Role holder is responsible for the administration for the IT Operations team .

A large component of the role includes coordination and implementation of schedule IT admin procedures and has

responsibility for specific processes and tasks.

The role involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires therefore relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administration / IT team and will need the ability to develop strong internal relationships. They will be competent and able to provide assistance that enhances performance in a complex multi-vendor environment to a demanding business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the effective verification of Invoices received by IT OPERATIONS

Provide administrative support to the entire IT OPERATIONS team

Provide day to day administrative support to Head of IT Operations as required

Provide general support for the administration of IT OPERATIONS projects (including production of status reports/summaries/etc).

Enable effective tracking of IT OPERATIONS expenditure against budgets.

Provision of Management Information for expenditure profile for IT services.

Undertake relevant HR processes for IT OPERATIONS.

Manage the organisation and booking of travel arrangements for IT OPERATIONS.

Manage the undertaking of training by IT OPERATIONS, and the tracking against budget.

Key Perfomance Indicators Meeting agreed deadlines and standards for regular and ad-hoc reports/tasks  Contribution to achievement of team goals, outputs and deadlines

Meeting objectives set within PDR process The Individual Personable, team player able to quickly settle into the role. Quick thinker with a rounded attitude to solutioning. Excellent communicator and presenter who can deliver well-structured concise and accurate documents and reports.
