Team Administrator in Property - up to £23k

A global property consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a talented Team Administrator to provide extensive secretarial and organisational support to the senior management and ensure that an excellent client service is provided at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position within an international and busy professional services business.

The role will primarily involve:

  • Liaising with colleagues and clients proactively

  • Management of diaries and travel arrangements

  • Updating of the databases and support with reporting

  • Financial assistance with expenses, invoices and billing

  • Support in the production of presentations and pitches

  • Proof reading documents

  • Booking conferences, meetings, appointments and organising policies with suppliers

  • Handling an array of correspondence via email and telephone

  • Assisting with general office support as and when required such as taking minutes at meetings, distributing post and ensuring all facilities are maintained

This really is an all-round, busy position, ideal for an individual who is looking to be stimulated, organised and involved in their approach!
