Team Administrator in Marketing Team

A well-established and reputable organisation based in Birmingham is seeking Team Administrator/PA to act as the first point of call for the Director and the wider Marketing Team. You will be meticulous, decisive and dedicated in your approach. As an integral part of the division, you will be responsible for pushing forward the main objectives.

The role will mainly encompass:

  • Arranging internal and external meetings and managing the busy diaries

  • Front of house duties, meetings and greeting clients and providing admin support for events

  • Development of HR including updating policies, monitoring sickness and staff training

  • Producing minutes, emails, letters and reports

  • Coordinating the production of marketing collateral to support sales initiatives

  • Supporting internal communications, including coordination of training materials and setting up of refreshments

  • Assistance with web editing on internal and external sites

  • Involvement in the recruitment processes, induction packs and tests

  • Booking travel and accommodation for team members and director

  • Screening of telephone queries and all correspondence for the director

Overall, you will be keen to encourage development and improvement. They are seeking an individual who can integrate new systems and processes, come up with new ideas and take an innovative stance wherever possible.
