Team Administrator - from £9.50ph to £10.00ph plus Hol Pay - London N3

We are a busy vibrant employment agency providing staffing solutions to companies throughout Central London. Having been established for 23 years we are looking for a confident and friendly individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be given full training.

The role will initially be offered as a six month temporary contract, with the possibility of moving from temp to perm. We are open to candidates who are looking for full time hours, but may also be able to accomodate those who are only considering part time.

Supporting a busy team of consultants, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls, taking comprehensive messages and dealing with enquiries

  • Responding to a wide range of emails

  • Updating and formatting CVs

  • Requesting and chasing employment references

  • Checking and uploading compliance documentation

  • Updating and maintaining our in-house database

  • Sending out performance questionnaires

  • Checking and reconciling timesheet entries

  • All general office duties

  • Updating job boards

The ideal candidate will demonstrate;

  • Confident, friendly personality able to liaise with people at all levels.

  • Customer focused approach to ensure client satisfaction at all levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • An eye for detail

  • Knowledge of social media

  • Can do attitude and willingness to get involved and learn new skills and systems

  • Previous experience working in a busy office

  • Good knowledge of MS office

  • Team player

  • Flexible approach to work

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Friendly, professional telephone manner
