A Design-Led Architecture practice is seeking a passionate Team Administrator to support their team. The company is known for its unique work in architecture, master planning and heritage consultancy.

The Team Administrator will be an integral member of the support team working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure a smooth running of the studio. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a passion for architecture and design and ready to further their career in creative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the technical team
  • Create documents and reports as needed using InDesign (training provided)
  • Document controller/ collator on key studio projects
  • Quality check/proof read documents to ensure accuracy
  • Extensive diary management of project teams
  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for technical team
  • Communicate and liaise with administration staff by sharing workload during peak times
  • Assist the administration team with housekeeping duties

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work with people at all levels
  • Proactive worker, able to take initiative
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop desirable
  • Experience in the architecture and construction industry desirable
