Team Administrator for a thriving property group

Our client, a leading property firm in Central London, are looking for an enthusiastic and professional team administrator to join their thriving team. The ideal candidate must be intelligent, engaging and have strong administration skills. Organisation is key in this fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Shredding

  • Scanning

  • Filing

  • Dealing with stationary/tea/coffee orders

  • Sorting post

  • Arranging refreshments

  • Diary management

  • Running of reports

  • Calling suppliers

  • Simple excel analysis

  • Other ad hoc duties

Key attributes:

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

  • Attention to detail & accuracy

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Flexible Attitude

  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Able to work independently

  • Strong team player

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
