Job Title: Teaching Assistant (college)
Location: Hounslow, Greater London
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: January 2025

Key Duties:-
Offer one-to-one and small-group support for students who require additional assistance.

Collaborate with teachers to create structured, engaging, and inclusive lessons.

Support students in managing their behaviour and developing confidence in their abilities.

Play an active role in promoting emotional well-being and academic growth.

Experience supporting students with behavioural or emotional difficulties.

Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject is desirable.

Experience supporting secondary-aged students.

Enhanced DBS Disclosure and two professional references.

Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
