This full-time position is ideal for someone who's motivated to make a difference in students' academic progress and emotional well-being, particularly those facing behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, especially those with behavioural needs.

• Promote positive behaviour and help create an engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver effective behaviour management strategies.

• Encourage students' personal growth and academic success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting students with behavioural or emotional needs.

• Confident in classroom management and maintaining focus among learners.

• Patient, empathetic, and proactive in your approach.

• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience working with secondary school students.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject.

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure and, where relevant, Overseas Police Clearances.

• Professional references confirming your suitability for the role.
