Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Croydon, working with both Primary and Secondary SEN pupils who have ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and a range of Learning Difficulties.

This Teaching Assistant role in Croydon will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, helping students to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure that every child receives the tailored support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SEN children with ASD and Learning Difficulties in both Primary and Secondary settings
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Encourage independence and social development
• Work collaboratively with other staff to deliver excellent education and training outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience working with SEN children (particularly those with ASD and Learning Difficulties)
