Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a secondary school in Crosby who are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a student on a 1:1 basis. This is a long-term Teaching Assistant role starting immediately and continuing until at least Christmas, with potential to extend further.

About the Role:
* Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday
* Based in a welcoming secondary school in Crosby
* Supporting a student with additional needs on a 1:1 basis
* Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver tailored support

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
* Has experience working with children or young people, ideally in a secondary school setting
* Is patient, adaptable and enthusiastic
* Has a genuine passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Graduate preferred
