Teaching Assistant - Secondary School | Swindon | Term 6 Start | £85-£95 per day

Academics Ltd is currently recruiting a confident and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Swindon for Term 6, starting in June. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education, able to build positive relationships with students, and committed to helping young people achieve their full potential.

Role Details:

  • Position: Teaching Assistant - Secondary

  • Location: Swindon

  • Start Date: June (Term 6)

  • Pay: £85-£95 per day (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities of a Secondary Teaching Assistant include:

  • Supporting students in a range of subjects, both in class and through targeted interventions

  • Assisting the classroom teacher with behaviour management and lesson delivery

  • Working with pupils who require additional academic or emotional support

  • Helping to create a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment
