Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a Bootle secondary school.

Position: Teaching Assistant (Graduate preferred but not essential)

Location: Bootle. Sefton

Start Date: ASAP to 22nd July 2025

Term: Full Time, Monday - Fridy, 8.20am - 3.00pm, term time only

Pay: £90 a day

The successful Teaching Assistant would be working under the direction of the SENCO

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children who have special educational needs is highly desirable.
• Graduates preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience.
• Ability to build strong connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
