We are looking for highly motivated and qualified Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool for schools across Liverpool, North West. This is a flexible role, offering a variety of exciting opportunities to work in different primary and secondary school settings, supporting students with a range of needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects.
  • Assist with individual and small group interventions to boost students' learning.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their daily learning activities.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
What We're Looking For:
  • We're seeking a positive and adaptable individual who:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students in their education.
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience in working with children in a school environment. (desirable)
Requirements for the Role
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (essential).
  • Two professional references.
