TEACHING ASSISTANTS NEEDED!!!

Integra Education are currently hiring for teaching assistants in the Wigan area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing assistance to students in both individual and group settings.

Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and student supervision.
• Provide support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Offer one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers when necessary

The ideal candidate should have:

• Hold relevant qualifications (Level 3 TA / CACHE Level 3) - desirable but not essential
• Previous teaching assistant experience in the UK
• Be flexible and patient
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
