• Assist in delivering engaging and structured lessons
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
• Encourage participation and manage classroom behaviour
• Support students with additional learning needs

• Experience in a school setting is essential (UK school experience preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two references from the last five years, including one safeguarding reference
