We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a warm and friendly school for children and young adults with learning difficulties and speech and language needs. You will support students with an interactive and practical curriculum and guide them to find independence and social skills by building strong and positive relationships.

Your responsibilities

Accompanying learners on educational visits
Physically assisting with activities such as swimming and PE
Delivering 1:1 and group sessions to specific needs students


  • Previous experience in a mainstream or special education context
  • An awareness of the importance of safeguarding
  • High energy and a can-do attitude
  • Charisma, confidence and a good sense of humour
