Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a primary-aged boy who needs additional support during lessons and help to integrate him into the school social community. This role will be live as soon as the School reopens and he will need a lot of support to cover the gap in his learning. You will be a good Teaching Assistant who understands that when you are working on a 1-2-1 basis with a child at this level they will rely on you for everything. The School has great leadership and is really focused on delivering education that meets the needs of the pupils it supports.

Hope you are all keeping safe. Despite what Covid 19 has visited upon us we still have Schools that are in a position to hire for September and we are actively working on their behalf. Processes round registrations and interviews will be slightly different but we need to pull together to ensure we fill roles that will be vital to educating the children we serve.

You will be:-

- A Teaching Assistant used to working in an Alternative Provision or PRU

- Happy to work on a 1-2-1 basis

- Extremely confident in terms of managing behaviour

- Good at moderating behaviour and making sure the child understands how to behave

- Looking for something long-term or maybe even permanent

- Happy to work as part of a team and provide exceptional support to pupils
