Teaching Assistant for Alternative Provision working on a 1-2-1 basis with a teenage boy with anxieties round School attendance.  As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting him in lessons that may also incorporate up to 2 other pupils to encourage social interaction. You will be a Teaching Assistant that is used to working to support core subject and have great behaviour management.

Ideally you will be:-
  • A Teaching Assistant with Alternative Provision experience
  • Used to managing challenging behaviour
  • Happy to work on a  1-2-1 or small group basis
  • Able to provide support to teaching staff
  • Fun and able to create the joy in learning
  • An experienced Teaching Assistant happy to take on a challenge
