Teaching Assistant Person Specification
This role requires a career-minded graduate who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. The successful candidate will have a natural desire to start their career in education and a wide range of interests beyond the classroom. You will have an inspiring and enthusiastic nature and a desire to work within SEN, supporting children with additional needs. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to show a caring respect for all of their pupils and connect well with students and teachers.

About the Teaching Assistant Role
This Teaching Assistant role involves you supporting the development of a Year 1 boy who has a statement of ASD on a 1:1 basis. You will enjoy the leadership of a conscientious Special Educational Needs Coordinator and in this role you will be offered CPD and training from the first week.
