Monarch Education are recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on a part time basis in one of our Primary Schools in the North Birmingham area.

The school are looking for somebody to work with targeted pupils to raise attainment across Key Stage 2. The role is to start in April 2018 until the end of the academic year.
Children in Key Stage 2 are currently working at the expected required standard, and your role would be to boost learning and attainment across the classroom.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

*Working 1:1 with pupils to give focussed support on core subjects
*Supporting students by providing Literacy and Numeracy interventions
*Planning and delivering intervention/booster sessions
*Creating assessments and recording the data to track learning development
*Liaising with parents and carers, promoting home learning

In a recent Ofsted, the school were graded as Good and are on a continuous journey to enhance the learning experience for all their pupils. Having placed candidates at this school before, they have said that they feel welcome and supported by their colleagues and the senior leadership team. The school are looking for somebody with a forward thinking and positive attitude to join their school support team.

Qualification and Skills

*Minimum of a Level 3 qualification relating to Education/Childcare
