Primary Schools within the Birmingham area is in partnership with Monarch Education, recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants.

The skills which they are looking for are the following:

*It is essential that you have worked with SEN / MLD pupils in mainstream school
*you must have taught small groups Literacy and Numeracy interventions
*You will have to provide booster sessions for those that are underachieving within their learning targets
*You will be required to work on 1:1 basis with pupils to encourage them to engage back into their learning environment.
*You will be responsible for creating assessments and recording the data for each child to plan new learning targets.

The Primary School prides themselves on having supportive members of staff to help the pupils within their educational learning development and having such a strong senior leadership to provide the Teachers and Teaching Assistants with the correct training and guidance for the children.
