A Primary School within the Birmingham area is in partnership with Monarch Education recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will start the position in March 2018 on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.
As a Teaching Assistant you are required to have the following experience, you will need to confidently display that you have a good understanding of phonics'. You must have previously worked with small groups of children delivering Literacy and Numeracy interventions.

You will need to work on 1:1 basis support students that are underachieving in reaching their learning targets. You will need to guide students with SEN or MLD to stay engage within their learning environment.

You will need to have an adaptive and motivational nature which you can foster into your teaching. On occasion you will be asked to support students that will require booster sessions, you will need to plan and deliver the following suitable sessions for these students.

The Primary school prides themselves on having high standard achievements due to the level of staff members that support all the pupils on all educational levels. With a strong senior leadership to maintain all the requirements throughout the school.
