A Special School in Louth are currently looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who is willing to work in an SEN school for students who have moderate learning difficulties.
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
*Be an outstanding Teaching Assistant
*Have knowledge of the SEN code of practice
*Have good interpersonal skills
*Be interested in developing their knowledge, skills and understanding of SEN
*Be adaptable, creative and inspirational
The school is a very large Special School, and caters for pupils aged 2 - 18 with a diverse range of SEN, including Moderate Learning Needs, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. The school have high expectations of our students and are dedicated to removing the barriers to learning so students can achieve their full potential. The school values excellent communication skills and believes it is very important Teaching Assistants are confident at building strong relationships with pupils.
