TiQ Programme - Salaried route from Teaching Assistant to Qualified Teacher Status - April 2018 start dates available
If you are a graduate with some experience of working as a Primary Teaching Assistant, then you don't have to wait until September to start your training. The TiQ course is currently taking admissions for our April cohort.
The TiQ Programme is working with a fantastic primary school in Greenwich who are interested in taking on a graduate to start on the TiQ Programme as a Teaching Assistant and work their way up to achieving QTS at the end of the course. Your transition from Teaching Assistant to Qualified Teacher will be supported by both the school and our specialist tutors who will teach you all of the underpinning theory to make your move from the role of Teaching Assistant to an independent teacher through a gradual 6 phase course structure.

- Honours Degree (2:1 or above)
- Cs or above in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English & Science
- Experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant
