Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to help children succeed.
• Provide tailored support to students with individual learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive environment for all students.
• Support small groups or one-to-one learning, reinforcing lesson content and boosting students' confidence.
• Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and provide feedback on students' development.
