Role as a Primary Teaching Assistant:

• Work alongside specialist teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Support children with additional needs to maximise their potential
• Create a positive learning environment
• Help manage classroom activities
• Work with children of all abilities in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
