As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of every successful lesson, offering tailored support to ensure students thrive. Whether assisting with lesson delivery or providing one-on-one help for children with additional learning needs, your role will be key to their academic and personal growth.

  • Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering exciting and engaging lessons alongside the class teacher.
  • Support children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, particularly those with additional learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
  • Work closely with the teacher to monitor progress and provide feedback to support student growth.
  • Help maintain a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
