Secondary School Supply Teaching Assistant Job in the Barking and Dagenham area to start after Easter

Relevant experience in similar positions is vital. You will be working across secondary schools on a day to day and/or long-term basis all within the East London area.
Your new role
Our schools are looking for teaching assistants who are willing to support students across different year groups with learning difficulties. With various day-to-day and long-term assignments available with our partnership schools, you can gain the full benefit of a flexible and tailored work programme to meet your individual work requirements, whilst at the same time earn competitive rates of pay. You must also be prepared to travel up to an hour and have a 'can do attitude'.
You will also work with your own dedicated consultant in the local Victoria Office to ensure that you are working in environments that are both suitable and beneficial to you and your career.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a minimum of 60 days of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment with experience of supporting students with Special Needs. You will also need to show your willingness to promote inclusion with a positive outlook. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate strong classroom management skills, whilst exhibiting a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
