Teaching Assistant Required for part time role in Solihull - Long term job opportunity - EYFS

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in the reception class of an Outstanding Primary School in the Solihull area.
Your new role
The chosen candidate will work on a part time basis from Monday - Friday during the afternoons supporting the class teacher to enable pupils to make the most of their learning. You will work with both small groups and individual pupils in order to support pupil progress within literacy, numeracy and reading as well as other areas of the curriculum.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with experience working within a Reception class. You must be able to demonstrate a clear working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. A clear level of understanding of autism will be required for this post. You will be organised and methodical with excellent communication skills. You will be required to work as part of a team with teaching and non-teaching staff and may be required to liaise with parents so must be able to build rapport with people at all levels.
