Teaching Assistant Job in Caerphilly
Your new role
Hays Education are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant jobs throughout the Caerphilly area. We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants on a supply and long term basis to work within a number of Primary Schools in Caerphilly.
We are looking to add to a pool of regular supply Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools in the area. We have supply and long term jobs available whether your specialist area is Foundation Phase or KS2, SEN or mainstream Primary Schools.
We are able to offer you the opportunity to work in different schools and manage your own hours to suit you, whether it be full-time or part-time. Supply work is a way of introducing yourself to schools and can often lead to future job opportunities. Supply jobs are also an excellent way to find the Primary Schools that suit you, as well as showcasing your skills as our schools often have permanent jobs available for the right people.
What you'll need to succeed
Recent experience of working within a classroom environment
A passion for teaching
A positive approach to working with children
The ability to be flexible
Strong communication skills
SEN experience is also desirable
What you'll get in return
Weekly pay of £50 - £60 a day
Ability to be flexible around your work schedule
Local work in your area
One to one relationship with a consultant who will deal with your specific needs
