Teaching Assistant - Hook - September Start

£83-£90 per day - Teacher Training from September 2025

One of the top primary schools in Hook are searching for a graduate teaching assistant to join them in September. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in an inclusive and high performing primary school to develop your classroom experience before completing your teacher training. This is a 1 year contract working on a full-time basis. The Head Teacher is looking for a pro-active and personable graduate teaching assistant with an excellent academic background. The teaching assistant will be supporting a Year 1 class. Experience with SEN children is desirable but not essential.

Education to a degree level is required for this position. Ideally, the school are looking for someone with a strong academic background and a 2:1 or above. Previous experience working with children is required for this position whether it be in a similar role or in a different setting such as tutoring.
