Teaching Assistant - Grove Role:

• Play a crucial role in providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
• Work hours - Monday - Friday (08:30am - 3:30pm)
• Work closely with class teachers to create an engaging learning environment.
• Adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.
• Help with classroom management.
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
