As a Teaching Assistant Assessor you will be responsible for supporting learners to reach their full potential throughout every stage of their learning journey. You will ensure that teaching delivery, assessment and the verification process adheres to the requirements of the OFSTED Common Inspection framework and any relevant legislative or governing bodies requirements. You will demonstrate an ability to set and measure targets and maintain quality standards as defined by internal and external quality assurers.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience delivering the Teaching Assistant qualification, supporting a range of learners to achieve their potential. You will maintain structured records and work effectively and calmly in challenging situations. You will have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and balance workloads to meet organisational requirements.
