Person Specification
The SENCO is seeking a Teaching Assistant who has great experience supporting pupils with ASD and can also support with speech and language. You should be a graduate who can find creative ways of communicating with the pupil, whilst creating an engaging learning environment. The Teaching Assistant should be experienced in using a firm but positive approach, motivating SEN pupils and working with structure and routine.

About the Role
This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting a Year 1 pupil with ASD. The student has a speech delay and will need support through 1:1 work and interventions.
