Teaching Personnel is expecting a considerable increase in demand of qualified secondary teachers within the next few months and for the foreseeable future. This is due to a special partnership that is being discussed exclusively between Teaching Personnel and a Cluster of Schools across York and North Yorkshire.
There is a mutual understanding between myself and the Senior Leaders of the Trust, and the relationship we have had so far is one of honesty and fairness for both the schools and the candidates that will work at such schools.
I have been tasked with recruiting secondary teachers who could work for the Trust, whether based at one specific school in York and North Yorkshire, or working as a secondary teacher across a number of schools.
The Trust will have a number of roles available for secondary school teachers, whether long-term to cover for sickness, maternity, etc. or on a day-to-day basis to cover for general cover supply needs, and of course for permanent roles. The Trust will be able to reward outstanding secondary teachers who want to progress their career further, perhaps taking on responsibilities as head of departments or other roles that will become available. Equally, you if you prefer the flexibility of being a secondary teacher on supply for day-to-day cover or fixed-term contracts this can be taken into consideration too.
Because of the increase in demand, there will be Guaranteed Work Schemes available for good secondary teachers (*T&C apply).
If you are a qualified secondary teacher and are interested in discussing this opportunity further, do not hesitate to send me your CV or covering letter, or to contact me for a confidential chat.
