VNA Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Enfield to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish on an ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a languages specialist to join a supportive and forward-thinking MFL department, within a school known for positive behaviour, strong leadership and improving outcomes.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality Spanish teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Inspire students to develop confidence, fluency and cultural understanding
• Contribute to a well-sequenced, knowledge-rich MFL curriculum
• Use assessment effectively to secure progress and strong outcomes
• Work collaboratively within a committed MFL team
• Support enrichment and wider languages opportunities where appropriate

The candidate

• Qualified MFL / Spanish teacher (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning
• Confident classroom practitioner with high expectations
• Reflective, organised and committed to continuous improvement
• Positive, professional approach to student engagement and behaviour
• Clear commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
