Your new school
I am working with a great Secondary school in Worthing, West Sussex, who are looking for an experienced female teacher of PE. to start in April until the end of the academic year.
Th school is a comprehensive school which has consistently achieved above national and West Sussex results in recent years.

Your new role
You will be expected to deliver P.E. suitable for KS3 & 4 students until the academic year. This will be in conjunction with active teaching responsibilities such as planning, marking and assessing throughout your placement on a full time basis.
Working as a Female PE Teacher for Hays will allow you to have access to a number of partnership schools that would be inaccessible by any other means, and you will be given the opportunity to focus on teaching in the Key Stage you specialise in.

What you'll need to succeed
You would need to be a qualified female physical education specialist, in conjunction with the standard occupational requirements. You would have to be determined, enthusiastic and passionate about learning in order to deliver a productive and memorable learning experience in line with the schools 'Outstanding' rating whilst being flexible enough to participate in a rolling contract from April half term.

You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to other members of staff and people in the school.

If you are a qualified teacher with QTS, experience of PE and an active DBS, I will be interested to speak with you about the school and the role.
