Your new company
Hays Education are currently working with this College in Nottinghamshire to find a Teacher of Maths to start in April for a period of 8 weeks.
Your new role
This role will be on a full time basis for 5 days per week, starting mid April for up to 8 weeks. This will be to cover classes of both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. You will be covering a very competent A Level and GCSE Teacher, so must have a strong subject knowledge and experience with exam preparation and ideally a track record of good exam results. You must have a minimum of 40 days experience teaching in a Secondary School setting in the last 2 years. You will need to have Qualified Teacher Status with a Secondary PGCE. You will need to be positive and have enthusiasm to take the pupils through a large proportion the academic year. Previous good exam results would be desirable. References will be received.
What you'll get in return
You will have an excellent opportunity to settle in a school in a long-term position as well as the chance to further your knowledge and teaching practise in a supportive environment. You will also receive continuous support from a dedicated Hays consultant and access to exclusively registered jobs with our clients. Candidates have the opportunity to receive £250 vouchers if you refer a friend for similar work in education.
