Your new role
Teaching Humanities across Key Stage 3 and 4 planning and delivering lessons. The Head of Department within this school likes to promote educational trips with pupils in year 10 and 11 attended two trips last year. GCSE exam results are high in the department so you will be expected to help keep the standard high and promote success. There is a possibility of teaching A-Level within this role.
What you'll need to succeed
A Qualified Teacher Status is needed for this role however NQT's are welcome to apply as the school has a successful NQT mentoring scheme. We will need to obtain two working references and an enhanced DBS check to clear your file for work.
