French Teacher to KS4 required, central Leicester school, full time & long term, immediate start.

Your new role
This forward thinking school are currently looking to appoint a Teacher of French to teach across KS3 and KS4, across all abilities. You will be an experienced teacher having recently taught French across KS3 & KS4, and familiar with the most up to date French curriculum. The school are wanting to appoint as soon as possible, as such swift applications would be desirable.
As French Teacher, teaching across both KS3 & KS4, you will be required to plan, mark and assess all work completed by students working towards their GCSEs. You will be patient and supportive with strong communication skills, and be required to build a good relationship with your students to nurture their academic and personal development.
You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic classroom teacher who will create an environment that will inspire, motivate and challenge the students.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent experience teaching French to KS3 and KS4 students, and supporting students through their GCSEs. You will be PGCE/QTS qualified, or you will be an NQT Teacher. You will have confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
You will have an enthusiastic approach to teaching, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for your students, to inspire them and get the most out of their education.
You will have worked in a long term or permanent role previously, and be able to provide Hays with excellent references.
