Teacher (Alternative Provision) - Open to Instructors and primary

We are looking for a teacher to join this alternative provision and help bring a calm mind to help settle some of the challenging behaviour. The school likes to take a holistic approach to helping children deal with their issues and education and so a candidate with a likeminded attitude and a large personality will be best suited to the position. The job will involve working with low ability students so primary teachers and instructors will be considered. If you like to bring to peace to young adults in need, this is the perfect role.

Hope you are all keeping safe. Despite what Covid 19 has visited upon us we still have Schools that are in a position to hire for September and we are actively working on their behalf. Processes round registrations and interviews will be slightly different but we need to pull together to ensure we fill roles that will be vital to educating the children we serve.

The School has been ranked OFSTED "Good" with outstanding features. They have a very capable behaviour policy in place and the team really works together to help meet all the goals. It's an excellent school that offers an opportunity to be more than security to these students and help them make progress.


As a Teacher or in you will be

  • Experienced with working with challenging behaviour
  • experience working in schools
  • Keen to get involved with all areas of the school such as extra curricular
  • NQT or QTS (Although instructors with the right experience will be considered.
  • A team player
