Role responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of high-level tax advisory services across corporate, personal and entrepreneurial sectors
• Acting as a strategic adviser to clients, offering guidance on structuring, succession planning, transactions and risk
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to retention and growth
• Overseeing the compliance function and ensuring quality control across the team
• Supporting the professional development of tax staff and mentoring future leaders
• Working alongside the senior leadership team to shape and execute the firm’s overall tax strategy
• Playing a key role in business development and contributing to the wider growth of the practice

Candidate requirements

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior tax leadership role
• Strong technical background in either corporate or personal tax, or both
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level advisory work and manage complex client relationships
• Proven leadership skills with experience growing and mentoring teams
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on client service and business development
• Motivated to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing firm
