Due to growth, an independent Accountancy Practice require a Tax Manger in their Liverpool office. They are a fantastic growing firm who specialise in accounts and tax within a very interesting sector!

Within this role the Tax Manager will be responsible for the management of the tax department, dealing with Tax Enquiries and Investigations, review of and preparation of Self-Assessment Tax Returns. You will be working as part of a team with 12 staff.

Duties to include:
Dealing with Tax Enquiries and Investigations from HMRC.
Reviewing of Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
Processing and submission of Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
Ensuring all submission deadlines are met.
Dealing with HMRC.

Requirements:
Experience in an accountancy practice.
Up to date knowledge of tax legislation.
Knowledge of CCH would be an advantage, although not essential.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
