We have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will join our "CEM" team as part of our Tax Service Line, working to service a number of UK clients with a wide range of company secretarial issues.

Role description

The Corporate Entity Compliance & Management ("CEM") team is part of Deloitte’s Tax Management Consultancy (TMC) group within Deloitte’s Business Tax service line. A key part of the CEM team is the responsibility to manage and provide company secretarial compliance services to a significant portfolio of UK clients. We are looking for individuals to join the CEM team to assist in coordinating, managing and delivering our UK compliance portfolio to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service

The role is based in Cardiff.

Hours

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for delivering UK company secretarial compliance services across our client portfolio
  • Drafting relevant Company House forms and documents
  • Drafting relevant Board Minutes and Resolutions as required
  • Updating Work-in-Progress and internal systems to manage compliance workflow
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Communicate status issues to management as needed

Requirements

  • Company Secretarial technical skills and experience delivering Company Secretarial compliance services across a portfolio of clients
  • Strong IT skills, including very good Ms Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Knowledge of specific Company Secretarial software such as Blueprint and PCSec preferable.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process driven with excellent attention to detail.
