This is a tremendous opportunity to advance your career with a practice which believes in work life balance and giving you the full support you need to reach your full potential.
Working closely with the Tax Director, you will work with a varied portfolio of businesses and personal tax clients, reviewing the compliance work of others and preparing the more complex returns. You will also provide a range of advice on matters such as capital allowances, profit extraction, and share schemes amongst others. Part of your role will be coaching and developing more junior staff.
Ideally, you will have started your career in a compliance based role but will have advanced to being more involved in advisory work. You may be one or two years CTA post qualified, or ATT qualified or qualified by experience but you will now be looking for that next step, which will challenge you further and provide you with greater career opportunities.
In return, the business can offer you genuine work/life balance, 33 days holidays including Bank Holidays, employee recognition awards and bonuses and an employee referral scheme, paying up to £4000 for a successful referral.
