Our client an established firm of Accountants are seeking a Tax and Administration Assistant to join their existing team in their Bournemouth office.
The role will involve providing tax and administration support and full on the job training will be provided.
Duties will include:-
- Preparation and submission of confirmation statements to Companies House
- Preparation, issue and and reviewing of Metro bank applications
- Anti-Money Laundering and client set ups on our bespoke system
- HMRC & Companies House correspondence
- VAT Registration, De-registration and scheme changes
- PAYE Scheme set up, starters and leavers process, salary and tax code updates
- Preparation of basic and financial references
- General administration and meeting and greeting clients
You will possess excellent communication and IT skills, as well as having good attention to detail and a professional work approach.
