Hotel casual dining Brasserie/Grill/Tapas Restaurant
Total Staff Hospitality are excited to announce that our client, a luxury hotel operator, is seeking a Second Chef for the casual dining restaurant in their 4 Star property on the Wirral
The casual dining restaurant has a Tapas/Grill theme, and also provides the Hotel's Spa with its balanced, nutritious menu.
Working with the Head Chef in a small brigade (5 in total), this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase you management experience and your knowledge of Tapas/Spanish food
This is a new role, and consists of working mainly straight shifts, with some splits
Able to follow direction and also act independently, you will assist in maintaining the highest standards of food and hygiene in this kitchen, undertaking all reasonable tasks set by the senior chefs
