An exciting charity in Central London is looking for a Talent Manager to join their diverse team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development you will be accountable for the planning and providing learning and development solutions, ensuring employees have the appropriate skills and necessary knowledge to carry out their role to the best possible ability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and co-ordinate the development programme to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Ensure all training offered is innovative and engaging.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the programme to ensure that it demonstrates effective return on investment.
- Develop and co-ordinate Coaching and Mentoring programme
The Talent Manager will also be responsible for the management and development of a Talent Co-ordinator.
You will be a driven, customer focused individual, possessing the ability to analyse and develop practical solutions that drive change. You will be an excellent communicator with experience of managing an Apprenticeship Programme.
